International Shipping

Quadroufo.com is pleased to offer international shipping! Packages shipped from Los Angeles using the United States Postal Service or UPS. All shipping cost are non-refundable.
International customers can also choose to ship their item(s) via USPS First Class Mail International. Please be aware that shipping tracking is
NOT available with this method. Items that are shipped via this method are not insured and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
If you need to guarantee delivery, please choose USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail or UPS . All these services are provides tracking information
from our door to yours and requires a signature upon delivery.

Returns

All Items are checked before we ship to you but you may return some unopened items purchased at quadroufo.com within 5 days of the original delivery.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25 percent. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 2 weeks of receiving the returned item.

Because of the nature of the products we deal with, the following items may not be returned:
printed circuit board, prototyping electronic board, sensor board or prototyping electronic tools
